• Processing Lead Time: Custom engraving requires an additional 2–3 business days for processing before shipment.
• Payment Terms: 100% advance payment is required prior to order confirmation and the start of engraving.
• Order Accuracy & No Changes: Double-check all spellings, capitalization, and details before submitting your order. Once confirmed, modifications, additions, or cancellations cannot be accepted.
• Final Sale & Returns: Custom-engraved products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the item arrives damaged or an error was made on our part.
• Natural Variations: Minor variations in engraving depth, color, and alignment across individual pieces are standard in custom craft work and inherent to material differences.
• Font & Formatting: Text will be engraved exactly as submitted. Placement and sizing may be subtly adjusted by our craftsmen to best fit the organizer dimensions.
