Shipping Policy
We currently ship within Pakistan only.
• Most orders arrive in 3–5 business days (excluding public holidays and unforeseen courier delays).
• We’ll share tracking details when available so you can follow your parcel.
Orders are typically prepared for dispatch as soon as possible during business hours. If we need additional information (address confirmation, payment proof for bank transfer), dispatch may be delayed until we hear back.
Shipping charges (and any COD handling fees, if applicable) are shown at checkout. From time to time, we may offer free-shipping promotions; those will be clearly announced.
For changes to your delivery address or contact number, message us within 6 hours of placing your order. If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to update it.
Couriers may call to coordinate delivery. If delivery is missed, the courier may attempt again or hold at a local facility as per their policy.
Risk transfers to you upon delivery to the address provided (or collection by you/your designee). If a parcel shows delivered but you cannot locate it, contact us and we’ll try to help coordinate with the courier.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 3 business hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can assist promptly.
